Plan to Eat

So, in an earlier post I mentioned I was testing a supposedly easier way to simplify your grocery shopping, and that I’d follow up on whether it really saved time or not. However, I hit a bit of a snag: it might have been quicker, but there were a few things about it that I just didn’t like quite as much as the plan I custom made for myself. The ‘easier’ way is a website called Plan to Eat and even though I decided not to go with it I’d still recommend checking it out for two reasons: 1) the things I wasn’t crazy about may not be a problem for you, and 2) I love the way they handle their free trial. Where most websites offering free trials ask for your credit card info and then automatically charge your card when the trial is over unless you remember to cancel, Plan to Eat only asks for an email and password (and possibly a user name; I don’t remember). Once your 30 day trial is over you will see a page letting you know it has ended and how much the service costs. I really appreciate this! If you’re interested in checking it out you can find it here.

Have you tried this service? What did you think? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
